NFL+ Gift Card via TAPPP – Frequently Asked Questions

How do I redeem my NFL+ Premium gift card?

To redeem your NFL+ Premium gift card, follow the steps below:

1. Go to nfl.tappp.com and enter your email address to receive a verification code.
2. Enter the verification code on the TAPPP redemption site.
3. Enter the PIN code from your NFL+ Premium gift card, along with your ZIP code, and select Redeem on the TAPPP redemption site.
4. Once your gift card is verified, select Activate Subscription on the TAPPP redemption site.
5. You will be directed to NFL.com to sign in to an existing NFL account or create a new NFL account.
6. After signing in or creating an account, your NFL+ Premium subscription will be activated. You will see a confirmation screen, receive a confirmation email, and you will be able to view the subscription in your NFL account subscription management page.

Note: Your NFL+ Premium subscription does not begin when you enter your PIN. It begins once you select Activate Subscription on the TAPPP redemption site and complete the NFL account sign-in or sign-up process.

What type of NFL+ Premium gift cards are available for purchase?

The following two types of NFL+ gift cards available:

• $14.99 — 1-month of NFL+ Premium subscription 
• $99.99 — 1-year of NFL+ Premium subscription 

A monthly NFL+ Premium gift card will provide a subscription to NFL+ Premium for one month from the date the gift card is activated (e.g., if you activate your gift card on September 4, your subscription to NFL+ Premium ends on October 4).

An annual NFL+ Premium gift card will provide a subscription to NFL+ Premium (for one year from the date the gift card is activated (e.g., if you activate your gift card on September 4, 2026, your subscription to NFL+ Premium ends on September 4, 2027).

Your subscription to NFL+ Premium will automatically terminate at the end of the applicable gift card period with no automatic renewal.

I purchased an NFL+ Premium gift card and my PIN is not working – what should I do?

First, double-check that you have entered the PIN exactly as it appears on the gift card. Common issues include:

• Incomplete or incorrect PIN entry
• The PIN has already been redeemed (each PIN is for one-time use only)
• Your session timed out before the redemption was completed

If the PIN is still not working, you may be entitled to a replacement. Contact TAPPP customer support and include your receipt. TAPPP customer support can be reached at support@tappp.com.

I purchased an NFL+ Premium gift card. Does my PIN expire?

No, the PIN does not expire. You may redeem your gift card and enter your PIN at any time on nfl.tappp.com. Once you begin your NFL+ Premium subscription, your access runs for a fixed period — 1 month or 1 year — from the date of activation.

I purchased an NFL+ Premium gift card. Will my subscription auto-renew?

No. NFL+ Premium subscriptions that are redeemed and activated via a gift card PIN are for a fixed period of time and will automatically terminate at the end of that period. The subscription will not automatically renew.

Can I redeem more than one NFL+ Premium gift card?

Yes. You may redeem more than one NFL+ Premium gift card.  However, each NFL+ Premium gift card must be redeemed separately.  If you have an active NFL+ or NFL+ Premium subscription (whether through a gift card or other method), your gift card subscription cannot be added or stacked on top of your existing subscription.
