I’m getting an error when I’m trying to create my account

If you’re having trouble creating an NFL account while completing the sign-up form, please try the following:

1. Verify that all required fields are filled out correctly and in the proper format. Extra spaces before or after entries can cause errors.
2. Check whether an account already exists using your email address.
3. If you’re experiencing biometric issues, confirm that biometric login (Face ID, Touch ID, etc.) is enabled in your device settings.
