If you are having difficulties using your password, first confirm that you are typing in the password correctly. Click the "eye" icon in the password field to reveal what you have entered.
Too many password attempts will result in being blocked from additional attempts for the amount of time indicated in the provided error message.
If you continue to have issues, proceed using one of the below options.
Option 1: Reset your password.
- Go to the Account Recovery page. Clicking "Forgot Password" in our sign in flow also sends you to this page.
- Click "Request Password Reset". This sends an email from our system to the email address tied to your account.
- Locate the password reset email in your inbox. (Having issues receiving this email? Click here.)
- Click "Password Reset" within 10 minutes of receiving the email or it will expire.
- Provide a new password.
- Return to the sign in flow and use that new password. If you're trying to sign in to the NFL mobile app or any other app using this account, return to that app to pick up where you left off.
Option 2: Use a passkey to sign in.
