No. NFL RedZone is not included with NFL+.
You can access NFL RedZone in the NFL App on your mobile device with an NFL RedZone subscription. In addition, the NFL App supports authentication with participating tv providers. Depending on your tv provider, you may be able to use your pay tv credentials to authenticate and access NFL RedZone if you have a tv package that includes NFL RedZone.
