Why can't I receive redzone on my phone

We are aware of an issue where some users are not receiving Redzone on the NFL app. NFL app bugs are most often remedied by one of the following

• Update version of app/operating system
• Sign out/n
• Clear device/app/browser cookies/cache
• Delete/download, allow permissions/location
• If app was pre-loaded, uninstall/reinstall updates.
• Turn location off/on for app/phone
