How do I request a refund for NFL Game Pass?

The website cancelation instructions below are temporarily disabled due to the ongoing website enhancement. For help in the cancelation, please send a request here. For in-app purchases, please continue to follow the steps per your biller.

Your NFL Game Pass subscription is managed under your NFL.com account.

Log onto NFL.com

Go to your Account

Under My Subscriptions you will see a link to ‘Cancel Subscription’. If you are within the refund term, after clicking the link you will see the ability to cancel and refund your subscription. If you are outside of refund terms, you will only see the ability to cancel your subscription.

In-App Purchase:

You will need to reach out directly to the app store where you made your purchase to request a refund. Click HERE for a link to your App Store.
