Pause Your Subscription
If you're moving, traveling, or just want to take a break from NFL+, you can now pause your
NFL+ monthly subscription. To do so, head over to 'Manage Subscriptions' page, locate your
active NFL+ plan, and select Pause, and then select Pause again to finalize.
The Pause will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle and your NFL+
subscription will automatically restart after pause duration lapses (e.g. one month later),
on the first day of the next billing cycle (on the date shown). When the pause ends, your
subscription will automatically resume and you will be automatically billed the then-current
monthly subscription fee for your selected NFL+ plan and your plan will automatically renew
until cancelled.
For example, if you originally signed up for NFL+ on January 18, your NFL+ subscription
automatically renews on the 18th of every month. If you then elect to pause your
subscription for five months on January 25, you will continue to have access to NFL+ until
February 17, at which point your subscription will be paused for five months. Your
subscription will be paused, and you will have no access to NFL+ from February 18 through
August 17. On August 18 your NFL+ subscription will resume and you will be billed the
then-current monthly subscription fee for NFL+ and your subscription will automatically
renew each month until cancelled.
If you'd like to restart your subscription before the automatic restart, log in to 'Manage
Subscriptions' page and select Resume. Upon resuming your NFL+ subscription, you will be
automatically billed the then-current monthly subscription fee for NFL+ and your plan will
automatically renew until cancelled.
When You Pause Your Subscription
While your subscription is paused, you won't have access to any NFL+ content.
You can cancel your NFL+ subscription at any time during the pause state.
When your paused state ends, your NFL+ subscription will resume and you will be
automatically billed the then-current monthly subscription fee for your selected NFL+ plan
and your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled.
You can un-pause and resume your NFL+ subscription at any time before your scheduled
resume date by visiting 'Manage Subscriptions' page. Upon resuming your NFL+
subscription, you will be automatically billed the then-current monthly subscription fee for
NFL+ and your plan will automatically renew until cancelled.
If you are receiving a promotional rate at the time you pause your NFL+ monthly
subscription, your promotional rate will not pause.
remainder of the original time period for the promotional rate (if any). Following the expiration
of the original promotional rate period, you will be automatically billed at the then-current
monthly subscription fee for your selected NFL+ plan. If the original promotional rate period
expires when your subscription is paused, you will be charged the then-current monthly
subscription fee for your selected NFL+ plan when your subscription resumes.
For example, if you subscribe to NFL+ on September 1st and receive a promotional rate of
50% off the regular rate for three (3) months, then you pause your subscription on
September 25th, you will not be billed for and will not have access to NFL+ beginning
October 1st. Unless you cancel your pause earlier, your NFL+ subscription will automatically
resume November 1st and you will automatically be billed at the promotional rate for
November. Beginning December 1st, you will be automatically billed the then-current
monthly subscription fee for your selected NFL+ plan and your subscription will automatically
renew at that rate each month until cancelled.
