How to replace your social login email address for your NFL.com account?

For users who signed up for an NFL Account using Apple

 

To locate the email address provided to the NFL through Apple's Hide My Email feature, please follow the steps below:

On your iPhone or iPad:
1. Open the Settings app, then tap your name to view your Apple ID settings
2. Tap iCloud
3. Tap Hide My Email
4. Tap on NFL
5. The Hide My Email e-mail address will be displayed under This App Received

On the web:
1. Sign in to appleid.apple.com
2. Go to the Sign-In and Security section
3. Click Sign in with Apple
4. Click NFL
5. The Hide My Email e-mail address will be displayed under Hide My Email Private Relay.

On your iPhone or iPad:
1. Open the Settings app, then tap your name to view your Apple ID settings
2. Tap iCloud
3. Tap Hide My Email
4. Tap on NFL
5. The Private Relay email address will be displayed under This App Received

On the web:
1. Sign in to appleid.apple.com

3. Click Sign in with Apple
4. Click NFL
5. The Private Relay email address will be displayed under Hide My Email

To locate the email address provided to the NFL through Google authentication, follow these steps:
1. Go to Gmail
2. Enter your email address or phone number
3. Enter your password or confirm your passkey
4. Sign into your Google account
5. Click on Google Account icon in the top right corner
6. The email address associated with your Google account will be displayed

For users who signed up for an NFL Account using Facebook Authentication

To locate the email address provided to the NFL through Google authentication, follow these steps:
1. Go to Facebook
2. Enter your email address
3. Enter your password
4. Sign into your Facebook profile
5. Go into the Meta accounts center
6. Click on personal details
7. The email address associated with your Facebook account will be displayed

 

Biometric Passkeys

Biometric passkeys are a new form of authentication that allows you to use the unlocking mechanisms of your device. Your device biometric (fingerprint, face recognition, etc.) serves as a secure way to validate your identity in place of a traditional password. You can set up a biometric passkey on your device by following the steps below.

Sign In Password Page

1. Go the NFL account sign in page
2. Enter your email address and click 'Continue'
3. Click the device biometric icon on the NFL account password page
4. Follow your device's instructions to confirm your biometric (fingerprint, face recognition, etc.)
5. Check your email address inbox for a four digit code to validate your email address
6. Enter the four digit code to confirm your email address
7. The NFL site/application you were signing in to will load and you will be able to leverage your biometric for future sign in.

Account Recovery Page

1. You can get to the Account Recovery Page in the following ways:
      1. Your email address is tied to social authentication and we do not have a password or biometric passkey for your account
      2. You attempted to sign in and clicked the 'Forgot Password?' link
2. Click the option to sign in with your device biometric
3. Follow your device's instructions to confirm your biometric (fingerprint, face recognition, etc.)
4. Check your email address inbox for a four digit code to validate your email address
5. Enter the four digit code to confirm your email address
6. The NFL site/application you were signing in to will load and you will be able to leverage your biometric for future sign in

Sign Up

1. Go to the NFL account sign up page
2. Click the device biometric icon under 'Password'
3. Follow your device's instructions to confirm your biometric (fingerprint, face recognition, etc.)
4. Complete the sign up form
5. The NFL site/application you signing up for will load and you will be able to leverage your biometric for future sign in.
