I originally subscribed to NFL+ on my iPhone. Now I have an Android phone. Can I get the NFL+ November 2024 Promotion?

If you originally subscribed to NFL+ through the Apple App Store, you can only participate in this offer through an iOS device on the Apple App Store.  Similarly, if you originally subscribed to NFL+ through the Google Play Store, you can only participate in this offer through an Android OS device on the Google Play Store.
