Pause Subscription

Did you know you can pause your subscription or charges instead of canceling? This lets you take a break while keeping your account active for the January 2025 playoffs!

 

How to pause your subscription:

1. Go to your Profile.
2. Select “Manage Your NFL Subscription.”
3. Click on “Manage.”
4. Choose “Cancel.”
5. The option to “Pause Your Subscription” will appear, select "Pause" to continue.
6. Review the effective date and when your subscription will resume.
7. Select “Pause ” to finalize.

Here’s how to resume your subscription:

For Pending Pause Subscription:

1. Go to your Profile.
2. Select “Manage Your NFL Subscription.”
3. Click on “Cancel Pause.”
4. A new page will open—select “Cancel Pause” to confirm.

If Your Subscription is Currently Paused:

1. Go to your Profile.
2. Select “Manage Your NFL Subscription.”
3. Click on “Manage.”
4. Select “Resume Subscription.”
5. A new page will open—select “Resume Subscription” to confirm.

Please note that if your subscription is currently paused and you choose to resume, it will reactivate your previous plan, start a new billing cycle, and you will be charged immediately. However, if your payment information is missing or has been removed, an error will occur, and your subscription will remain paused.
