How do I cancel my NFL+ subscription purchased through an online app store?

If you purchased your subscription through an online app store and wish to cancel your subscription, you can cancel in accordance with the terms of such online app store.  You can click on the link that is appropriate to your device below for further instructions: 

• Apple
• Google/Android 
• Roku
• Amazon

If you cancel your NFL+ subscription with time left on your billing period, you will have access through the end of your current billing period. Cancelling your subscription will stop the recurring charges and your subscription will not be renewed.

 

To cancel your subscription, click on the links above or follow the instructions provided for each platform.

Apple (iOS)

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap you name.
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Tap the subscription.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see the expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

Google Play Store (Android)

1. On your Android device, go to subscriptions in Google Play
2. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
3. Tap Cancel subscription.
4. Follow the instructions.

Roku

To cancel a subscription on the website:

1. Sign in to my.roku.com and go to My subscriptions.
2. Under Active subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel.
3. Select Manage subscription and then select Turn off auto-renew. Turning off auto-renew means you've canceled your subscription and you will not be billed for it in the future.
4. After canceling your subscription, you'll continue to have access to it until the end of your current billing cycle.

To cancel a subscription on your Roku streaming device or Roku TV:

1. Press the Home  button  on your Roku remote.

2. From the Home screen, use the arrow buttons on your remote to hover over and highlight the app whose subscription you want to cancel.

3. Press the Star  button  on your remote.

4. Select Manage subscription to view the renewal date and access additional options. If you don't see this option, your subscription is not managed through Roku.

5. To cancel a subscription, select Turn off auto-renew. Next, you can choose to remove the app immediately or keep it for the remainder of the subscription term. Your subscription should now only be active until the end of its billing cycle.

Amazon (Fire TV, Fire Stick)

To cancel subscription you purchased using Subscribe and Discover.

1. Go to Your Memberships and Subscriptions.
2. Select Manage Subscription next to the subscription you'd like to cancel.
3. Select the link under Advance Controls. The main subscription page opens. From here, you can end your subscription.
