We're aware that some users may encounter an error message while attempting to log in from Google Chrome on an Android device, resulting in the message "Something Went Wrong | Error code: 403005".
Troubleshooting recommendations for this issue:
- If error message was preceded by sign in with device biometric (i.e. touch ID) try signing in with a password instead. If needed, reset your password to obtain a new one.
- Clear Mobile Browser Site Data
- Use a Different Browser: Safari or your phone's native browser.
- Use another NFL supported device to access:
iOS 13+ iPhone
iOS 13+ iPad - Change your default web browser to Safari, Edge, Firegox, etc.
- On your Android device, open Settings
- Tap Apps
- Under “General,” tap Default apps or Choose default apps.
- Tap Browser app.
- Select the browser you want to use.
