As a result, this can lead to a couple issues:
- Users wishing to provide a province instead of a state are unable to do so. Note: The State/Province dropdown is disabled for unsupported countries.
- Users who typed in their Canadian Postal code (ex. M4C) into the Zip Code field will trigger an error state, which de-activates the “Continue” button.
Troubleshooting Recommendations for this issue:
- Click the “Skip” button in the upper right section of the screen. This will allow you to return to the site or app you arrived from in a logged in state.
