A number of team apps have recently participated in a migration of accounts that were created within that team’s app at some point in the past. Many of these apps include a message like the following when trying to sign in with an NFL account:
Some users may encounter issues signing in with their NFL account, wherein their password they input is not recognized. This may happen even if this NFL account worked previously.
Troubleshooting recommendations for this issue:
- Trying inputting the password you would have provided within the team app when you created an account** on that property.
- Click “Forgot Password” and go through the reset password flow.
- Click the Thumbprint icon and use your device’s biometric authentication solution.
