I’m getting the following error when I type in my email address: “We couldn’t find this email address

 

Fans who are trying to sign in may encounter an issue where the Sign In page does not recognize the fan’s email address input. 

Troubleshooting recommendations for this issue:

 

1. Check to see if your email address is spelled correctly
