I’m trying to sign in from a team app but the app gets stuck in a loading state or the app’s “Sign In” button is unresponsive

In rare instances, fans can encounter instances where they cannot initiate the Sign In flow after clicking any Sign In button from within a club or league app.   

 

Troubleshooting recommendations:

1. Wait 10 minutes and then try again.  There could be server issues that might in rare cases might prevent the sign in flow from initiating.
