Step 1: Go to your device’s default browser’s settings.
- For iOS Devices:
- On iOS, go to the Settings App > Safari and then click “Clear History and Website Data.” Select “All history” and enable the “Close All Tabs” toggle. WARNING: this may result in the deletion of data for other sites not related to your NFL account.
- On Android devices, go to the Chrome Application > Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data and click “Clear data. WARNING: this may result in the deletion of data for other sites not related to your NFL account.
Step 2: Return to the NFL or team mobile app you are trying to sign into.
Step 3: Click the Sign In button.
Step 4: Sign in as you normally would. You should return to the app in a logged in state.
