Sign out from the device’s mobile browser

Step 1.  Load the NFL Account homepage from your mobile device.  You can access it here: https://id.nfl.com/account

Step 2: Click the red “Sign Out” link on the account homepage.  This will sign you out of the mobile browser that your device is using to access id.nfl.com.  

 

 

Step 3: Return to the NFL or team mobile app you are trying to sign in to.  Click the “Sign In” button once more.  

Step 4: You should now be able to go through the normal sign in flow and return to the app in a signed in state.
