It looks like I am able to sign in but I get stuck on the account page can’t return to the app in a signed in state.

Occasionally, fans trying to sign in from an NFL or team mobile app will get stuck on the below account page.  Despite multiple attempts at signing in, these fans cannot return to the app in a signed in state.  Please follow the following steps below.

 

Troubleshooting recommendations for this issue:

3. Delete & Re-Install the Mobile App(s) you may have signed in on.
