NFL+ End of Season Promotion – 2024 - Offer Terms
Offer open to eligible new, current and former NFL+ and NFL+ Premium subscribers
and is available online at Plus.NFL.com and through participating third-party
platforms. Eligibility, the duration of the promotional price subscription period
(“Promotional Subscription Period”), and additional offer terms vary based on
the platform you use to subscribe. Offer may be modified or terminated at any time
and for any reason.

Plus.NFL.com Subscribers
Offer open to new, current and former subscribers. Current NFL+ and NFL+
Premium monthly subscribers are eligible for the promotional offer and may
upgrade to an NFL+ or NFL+ Premium subscription for the balance of the
Promotional Subscription Period and current NFL+ yearly subscribers may upgrade
through this promotional offer to an NFL+ Premium subscription for the balance of
the Promotional Subscription Period. Current NFL+ Premium yearly subscribers are
not eligible for the promotional offer.

Offer ends March 27, 2024. Once activated, the Promotional Subscription Period is
valid through September 3, 2024.

Apple (iOS and tvOS) App Store Subscribers
Offer open to new, current and former subscribers. Current NFL+ and NFL+
Premium monthly subscribers are eligible for the promotional offer and may
upgrade to an NFL+ or NFL+ Premium subscription for the balance of the
Promotional Subscription Period and current NFL+ yearly subscribers may upgrade
through this promotional offer to NFL+ Premium for the balance of the Promotional
Subscription Period. Current NFL+ Premium yearly subscribers are not eligible for
the promotional offer.

Offer ends March 27, 2024. For subscriptions that are activated prior to March 27,
2024, the Promotional Subscription Period is 6 months following activation date.

Regardless of platform, following the Promotional Subscription Period, the then-
current yearly subscription price will be charged. Plan automatically renews until
cancelled.
