Your account will tell a lot about your subscription. Below, we have prepared the steps on where you can see the following:
• Active subscription
• Payment Method
• Payment History
• Renewal Date
On the Web:
- Hover over the Profile icon in the upper-right corner and select Manage Subscription.
- Click Plan Details to view your subscription.
- Click Payments to view your payment history.
On the App:
- Open the app and tap the Profile icon in the upper-right corner.
- Tap Edit My Account.
- Tap Manage Your NFL Subscription.
- Tap Plan Details to view your subscription.
- Tap Payments to view your payment history.
Here are some of the reasons that the purchase does not show:
• You are using another email address.
• For Apple users, read more here.
• You might have purchased via third party billers - Apple, Google, ROKU
• Restore Purchase according to the biller type.
